Safety

Legacy Wall Systems, Inc. highly prioritizes safety and
does not tolerate noncompliance with its safety rules
and regulations. 

The President of Legacy Wall Systems, Inc., Claude Turcotte, is Safety Officer.  Claude holds an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program Certification and is certified as an OSHA-500 Trainer in Occupational Safety and Health Hazards for Construction.  Claude continuously performs safety inspections on all Legacy job sites. 

Osha training

All Legacy employees, subcontractors, and employees of subcontractors are OSHA 10-Hour certified, project “Job Talks” are conducted on a weekly basis, and Legacy enforces a mandatory hard hat and safety boot policy on all sites.  Further, Legacy’s foremen earn “Safety Bonuses” for projects that experience a 0% safety violation rate.
