Marc Vachon
Vice President, Director, Project Manager

Marc has over 30 years of union and non-union construction experience, both hands-on and managerial.  During his career, he has been Estimator, Project Manager, and VP of Operations for prominent construction companies in MA and NH.  Marc is knowledgeable, honest, organized, punctual, and thorough in all his business dealings.  He is well-respected, he expects the best, and he gives the best.

 

Annmarie Pintal Turcotte
Controller, Director

Annmarie has worked in the construction and service industries for over 20 years as a bookkeeper, accountant, and controller, as well as in management.  She also has experience with governmental non-profits, real estate development and sales, and all aspects of small business administration.  Annmarie has earned B.S. degrees in Accounting and Computer Science as well as an M.B.A.  She ensures that Legacy’s accounting practices are in conformance with GAAP, oversees tax filings, and handles the company’s insurance matters while assisting the company’s principals in making managerial decisions.

 

David Vachon
Chief Estimator

David has 20 years of experience in
and knowledge of the construction industry including hands-on experience
in commercial drywall and carpentry.  David is as hard-working as they come.  His knowledge and experience in material estimation and his ability to shop around for the best current material prices make him a great asset to
this company, allowing Legacy to bid at constant competitive rates.

 

                       
Yves Gosselin
Project Manager

Yves, like most of Legacy’s team members, has over 20 years of construction experience.  He has hands-on experience in many trades such as taping, framing, and drywall installation.  He personally manages multiple job sites regularly and oversees all aspects of construction, from lay-out of walls to the installation of ceilings, doors, and hardware.  Yves demonstrates expertise in quality control, job site schedule coordination, and the implementation of safety programs.

 

Timothy Scanlon
Estimator

Timothy joined our team as a laborer, but his thirst for knowledge and advancement earned him a position
as a junior estimator under David Vachon’s supervision.  Timothy is
very dependable and accurate, and has proven to be a great addition to Legacy’s office staff.

 

Terry Dion
Office Manager, HR Administration, Payroll

Terry has over 15 years of experience in multiple aspects of office duties and management. She has performed in and has overseen all office functions of a construction company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, insurance, and material purchases. Her strong personality, eclectic knowledge, work ethic, ability to take charge, and ability to make quick, accurate decisions make her an undeniable asset to Legacy Wall Systems, Inc.
